Schloss Neuschwanstein

Castle from a cliffside

The Alps from the city of Füssen

We made it to the top

Gorgeous view from the trail

Being silly from Ludwig II's balcony

There was an actual Bard playing music and singing in a Bayerische accent

My dream Bierstein

Three of the coolest Biersteins I've ever seen. Wasn't allowed to take pictures of them. (whoops)

Going off the beaten path

Long way home after a day of hiking.

Castle in which Ludwig II grew up. Just a few minutes hike from Neuschwanstein

The Jaegerhaus at the bottom. (beer/schnitzel time)

The lake at the base of the castle. Crystal clear and gorgeous.

View of the alps and lake (pictured above) from on top of a cliff.

It's a long way down

Meh. Not impressed.

Fun fact: This castle is what Walt Disney based his logo off of.

From the trail. Beautiful forest and mountains in the background. Pictures can't capture how amazing it is.

Spazieren gehen ziellos durch die Stadt (going aimlessly for a walk through the city)

Went for a walk through the city with a few JYM friends. We stumbled upon this beautiful church which was open to the public. We also happened to find the Bavarian statue.

Clubbing

A few friends and I went to a German nightclub called Ruby in one of the plazas in Munich. We didn't take many pictures, but here are a few that we did take. There was one professional club photographer who got a nice shot of us, and we managed to find it online somewhere.

Me with a bunch of JYMers who went. Keep in mind, we have no idea who the guy in the black hoodie is on the right. We only saw him once we examined the picture, haha.

Deutsches Museum

Went to the Deutsches Museum on 3/23/14 and saw tons of cool stuff. Here are just a few pictures from my experience, in no particular order.
Very old Anti-Air Rockets

Free drug bin. (kidding, there was a pharmacology section.)

Really awesome glass blower who sells his work

Really wanted an elephant. May go back and get one.
